Our newly built in the traditional zakynthian fashion stone villas are situated in a tranquil setting surrounded by olive groves and woods in the grounds of Frido hill in Akrotiri. Our four detached villas on the family plot ,enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the Ionian.

Combining a large private pool,private gardens and parking,fully equipped and air conditioned throughout in the most sought after location of the island it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Villa Lydia

Our stone villas are suitable for up to 6 persons, built on two levels.

On the ground floor guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area,the lounge with a real fire place and hand made sofa and sofa bed and a bathroom/shower room.

Up the stairs we have the master bedroom with handcrafted cast iron king size bed and its en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a balcony with fantastic views.

On the same floor we have a twin bedroom with also en suite bathroom/shower room.

All rooms have air condition and television and sea view.

The exterior of the villas have a stone patio/veranda with stone built sofa on the front of the property and at the back a large wooden decked veranda overlooking the swimming pool and enjoying lovely views of the surrounding nature and the sea.

There is also a 300+square meter private garden that makes a great playground for children and grownups alike.
